These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Global Goals Youth website and your participation in our programs and events. By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Application & Registration

All applications are subject to review and approval by Global Goals Youth. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our sole discretion.

To complete registration, applicants must pay a non-refundable application/registration fee. Acceptance is only confirmed upon full payment of the applicable fees.

2. Fees & Payment

Application Processing Fee: $22.75 (non-refundable)

This fee is charged to process your application and is not refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, rejection, or event cancellation.

All fees are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment partners. Global Goals Youth does not store credit card or payment details on its servers.

3. Refund Policy

The application processing fee ($22.75) is strictly non-refundable.
Program fees may be refunded (less the application fee) if written cancellation is received more than 30 days before the event start date.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
In the event of cancellation by Global Goals Youth, participants will receive a full refund of program fees paid.

4. Visa & Travel

Global Goals Youth will provide invitation/support letters to assist with visa applications upon request. However, we cannot guarantee visa approval and are not responsible for visa rejections, travel delays, or any costs associated with travel.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation (unless specified in the package), and travel insurance.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect throughout the event. Global Goals Youth reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if they violate the code of conduct, engage in disruptive behaviour, or bring the organisation into disrepute.

6. Media & Intellectual Property

All materials, presentations, and content provided during Global Goals Youth events remain the intellectual property of Global Goals Youth or the respective contributors. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or publish such content without prior written permission.

By participating, you grant Global Goals Youth a royalty-free licence to use your name, image, and likeness in promotional materials related to our programs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Goals Youth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant program.

8. Changes to Events

We reserve the right to modify event dates, venues, agenda, or speakers due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify registered participants of any material changes as early as possible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
